Up and out with M to pick up his bike for the week. Friendly and helpful bike shop. Then ran an exploratory run while M rode an exploratory ride.

C bowed to peer pressure and did a run of her own.

After last night’s cheap and cheerful meal deal (pretty good atch), we did a bit of relatively fine dining. Very nice.
