A Veritable Feast...................

.....................for the birds! Spotted these blackbirds having a breakfast of windfalls and making real piggies of themselves! I say blackbirds, there is one that could possibly be something else but I'm not sure (third from the left) - what do you think? There were two trees with loads of apples under them but were too far apart to shoot both together. At one time there was a total of 28 birds feeding.

No frost this morning but the wind has got up and it's really dark and gloomy - ah well, there's nothing we can do about it! Just have to grin and bear it I suppose.
