You might think that Nutjob had actually stayed still for a second here.  She didn't.  I'm not quite sure how I managed to get such a sharp shot - pure luck, I think!

Worked from home today.  So ridiculously tired - so glad not to have to commute in to the office.  Nice to have a little bit of (manic) company from our resident nutter goldcrest this morning.

Decided not to go out on my bike at lunch, and to have a proper day of rest instead.  Had a go at my new relaxation technique (diaphragmatic breathing) this afternoon, which was rather pleasant - impressed I managed to stay awake ;)
