Bl**dy Good Day

This morning saw a Bloody Big Brunch on each campus, part of Bleedin' Saor, a student led project aimed at ending period poverty and breaking down taboos around menstruation. Great stuff (and nice to sit down and chat with colleagues in an informal situation)

Lunchtime provide another opportunity to see Outside In, a film made by a colleague in collaboration with HMP Polmont exploring lives of 4 women in prison. Powerful.

Then this evening a talk by JJChalmers, a former marine injured in Afghanistan talking about values and overcoming adversity. Inspiring.

Good to be reminded of what really matters.
