Baby its cold outside

A sower of snow last night, greeted us this morning. When I went outside eight Blackbirds were busy chasing each other round the snow covered lawn under the Feeding Table. They had finished all the food we had put on the table yesterday, before it got dark. So first thing we ground up bread and cut up apples and put that on the table. Peanuts and seeds for the other birds were okay. There was a scramble, but not only the Blackbirds, but all the other varieties head for the table before they go near the feeders. This Blue tit was watching on the roof of the feeder until he could get room. He looked cold against the snow, hence the title. He did eat a good share though.
So this for my big blip for today. Cheers everyone!
