Nature's Abstract

The ivy that clads the school buildings in winter guise with the insistent debris of last summer's leaves makes a great nature's abstract. 

Most of my work day was occupied in putting up a picture display of artworks by women in anticipation of tomorrow's International Women's Day. I also attended a meeting that was as frustrating as it was absurd. Fortunately the sun was shining and so I had an unwind time between leaving school and going home when I soaked up the sun as I walked around the plateau on campus, getting some vitamin D and a goodly number of steps under my skin and belt accordingly.
