Keys to happiness

I arrived home from work, stowed the bicycle and walked up the stairs to my flat at the top of the building. On my way up I met the chap from the flat below mine, just leaving his flat to take his little dog for a walk. We Helloed, as we do.

Once inside my flat, I removed my cycling outfit, picked up my shopping bag and headed out to the supermarket. On my way down I met the chap from the flat below mine, just leaving to do something else, not involving his little dog.

“It's just like Groundhog Day!” he remarked
“Love that film!” I responded.

All in all, I'm just loving my new micro-community.
