New figures painted and placed

Today I finished up painting a couple of figures.  One is a switchman getting ready to throw a turnout.  The extra is a track worker pushing a wheel burrow (also a kit) to pick up some new ties.  At least have to have a bald guy on my layout!

Both figures came unpainted, from the Aspen Modeling Company (http://www.theaspenmodelingcompany.com).  They make wonderful figures in O and S scales.  Amazing detail.  For instance, the switchman has little brass buttons on his coat.  Their web site also has a very good tutorial on how they paint the figures.

WAY more fun than painting N scale people.  I was painting these guys along with some details, while I was building the hardware store waiting for the glue to dry.
