Premier Cinema

I went for our Christmas tree today, they are based in this old cinema that is to be demolished after Christmas.

I rang Virgin Media yesterday because I cancelled an accout in August, they took a payment in September and I rang at the time to get my overpayment back. 30 minutes on the phone and repayment will take place in 2 to 3 months. OK! Rang yesterday (because payment has still not materialised) and a helpful man said that they would make a refund in 7 to 10 days.
Today I received a bill!!! You couldn't make it up!
I have two other accounts with Virgin.

There, I feel better now.
