Spinning

Had felt a bit dizzy over the last few days, but woke up at 4am this morning and immediately had waves of dizziness and nausea.
After a decent bout of vomiting, I got onto the local physio’s website at around 4.45am and managed to get the first appointment of the morning.
I have a headache, slight nausea and feel washed out, but hopefully the spinning won’t return when I go to bed tonight. I will be sleeping slightly elevated.
The sermon writing for Sunday has been put on hold!
