Bike ride

I had a good day at work, despite the various little dramas going on around me. I help where I can, but try not to get too involved in other people’s dramas. I find I can be more helpful if I’m not embroiled in them myself.

Then Mr D and I went for a 34.4 km bike ride. Perfect temperature and conditions. I got my first puncture. Mr D fixed it for me. He’s a good cycling buddy! I took this shot while he was fixing the tyre !
