Traces

The woods of East Park on the Sheffield Park estate are full of brick foundations and concrete paths. These are the remains of workshops, living quarters, latrines, wash rooms and recreation facilities that were home to the 5th Canadian Armoured Division for two years prior to their departure for Normandy in June 1944.
