Flower for Flower Friday

My back's giving me a bit of trouble today, so I've not done all the things I would have liked to. It's not too bad just walking (it's bending that's the main problem), so I went for a short meamble around Badbury Rings. Fortunately, the heavy downpour held off this time until I'd got back to the car. The figure in my b&w journal was less fortunate!

Then a quick bit of shopping, home for a late lunch and some Ibuprofen and a quiet afternoon gently pottering about.
