Hot stuff

I met Julie in the coffee shop at Wetheral - another great catch up. We had a walk down the viaduct steps to the river Eden, it was very full and fast flowing.

I had a Doctors appointment later in the afternoon. Still no results and she wants to wait for the consultants review of the MRI before she changes my medication. They took me off HRT last week and boy is it warm in here.......
