Happy IWD

Have enjoyed celebrating International Women's Day - speaking with colleagues about the work we are doing to address gender inequalities this morning and taking part in a panel discussion on women & leadership this afternoon to a mixed audience of younger women & men which was great.

Now heading north - driving through the driving rain !
