For Joe X
Rest in Peace after a short battle with Cancer Xxx
My friend J's husband passed away at 5.42am this morning with his whole family around him....
Thoughts of Wordsworth as I photographed these in my neighbours' garden :)
I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
Thank you once again for all your kind comments.
The first thing that happened in the 1-1 before I said anything was that he apologised, he realised he was wrong etc.
I told him exactly how I felt (that I felt I should leave if that was the way I was going to be treated etc) and he felt really bad then (but made excuses that my colleague is doing a bad job and he took it out on me). I know she's looking for another position... however there should be NO excuses!
Hope he has learnt a lesson well and truly, because I won't take it again, I will leave...
Today was a normal day then, until around 2.30pm when the whole computer system went down for almost an hour. Just got that back up and running and guess what?
The fire alarm went off and the whole building all offices was evacuated at 4.30pm!
So, so glad its the weekend, and finally I have a plumber coming to quote for the bathroom work tomorrow. He's someone I've used before at least!
Happy Friday folks :)
