Phoenix Place passage

Hidden in Shrewsbury's old and infamous West End, a home to the poor, the segregated and those who made a living in the only way they could. The houses of Phoenix Place have long gone, but their front walls remain forming boundaries with the properties now present on each side. Within the walls are the bricked up shapes of the old front doors and the door threshold stones, faded memories of its vibrant and overcrowded past.
