I wrote a letter

I wrote a letter to the politician who said antisemitic things. I ascribed the most positive motivations. I discussed the damage this was doing to everything we, jointly, hold dear. Then I wrote five paragraphs, each on a different antisemitic lie. I ended it with confidence in her. Then I slept well. 

I mailed it this morning. 

I recognize that there is a high probability that her staff will toss it since I am not in her district, but I can only do what I can do. 

But, in response to the many excellent suggestions, perhaps I will buy a bottle of wine tomorrow....
