Raindrops…..

Drizzle for much of today meant 6mm of rain registered in the rain gauge. It is much less than yesterday’s level, but every drop is a bonus for our drought conditions. 

With the ground like concrete we need the gentleness to wet and soften the soil - otherwise too much and too heavy and it would cause more problems and flooding.



Thank you for the visits, comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s very late blip.  It almost didn’t happen after my industrious day, but I really wanted to record our first reasonable amount of rain after days of beautiful sunny weather.
