I wish that there was a pot of gold at the end of a truly horrendous week. There is however a bottle of Malbec.

The wrapper is from the last of my online festive shopping.

For many years I have purchased, each year, the most unattractive Christmas cruet I can find for a friend. I also make him a card as he once dared to criticise hand made cards. He has had cotton wool santa's, knitted, pop up turkies, painted, carved, collages and all other manner of nastiness over the years.

I have had a bit of a mare ordering the cruet this year but thankfully the tradition can now continue.
