Sheffield Town Hall.

A trip up to Sheffield for a Department for Transport workshop, which was hosted by Sheffield City Council in the Town Hall. This is a hastily grabbed photo of the splendour of the main staircase. Those Victorians certainly knew a thing or two about how to build a grand town hall.
