Today I tried to make a 'semmelpizza', and it turned out really nice. :) A semla is a bun with almond paste and whipped cream. Usually there're new ways of making a semla every year, and this year I saw this recipe. I'm a bit lazy, so making two pizzas instead of a bunch of buns where just up my allé! I also made the almond paste from scratch. It was really nice! My friend, who came over, liked it too. :)
