Keeping Lent

Having munched a very expensive piece of chocolate cake as my Shrove Tuesday indulgence, today I took part in a Lenten 24/3 prayer event put on by a neighbouring Salvation Army centre. Probably like most people I find praying difficult, but I love these kind of colourful and tactile prayer stations which encourage people to think about the world around them.
