Early start

Walked around town which was interesting. Went in a very bizarrely laid out cafe, lots of space but not many tables, cheap coffee and friendly folks. Indoctrination of MrH and the Greggs vegan sausage roll occurred, “it’s alright if you like that sort of thing”, not sure he’s converted.

Had a ploughman’s lunch and a pint of cider at a very old pub located in a church yard in the Worcestershire village of Claines (The Mug House) afterwards. Had a chat and catch up with Nick who I think wanted to go home and rest after a busy few days and a stressful morning.

Had to go for a sleep when I got home at 4pm as I was shattered and I’d gone very pale for some odd reason. Feel fine now.

Watched the Race the World TV programme which was really interesting. I’m finding the father and son combo interesting- lots of compromises required there!
