Yosakoi Festival

Our school took part in this Japanese festival. We were part of the parade carrying a Mikoshi. As they walked along everyone threw water at them to cleanse and wash away the bad luck. At the end all of them were soaked but they were all laughing.
It was a great event. The photo is of S and her best friends before they got wet.
