Addicted!

My parents were fond of cheese, and Canadian Cheddar in particular, so from childhood I was used to this very strong and tasty cheese. For some years it seemed difficult to get, but happily I can get it again now. I've always been particularly fond of cheese, and probably eat far too much of it.

At Christmas my father enjoyed Gorgonzola with a mince pie, but it wasn't a combination which appealed to me.
