A joy to be up and out into (albeit) freezing sunshine.

To running club and an hour of rosy cheeked kids covered in mud. Then a sweep about the supermarkets in the EH5 postcode area and home to hoover. And cook. And make beds.

School for the folio coffee morning and only Alex as Tom was at swimming gala trials. Helpfully it was straight from that to school pick up and the OT; Transgression Park for Tom's scooter park thing.

And after a few extra miles and split in the peleton, we got home.

A couple of hours of messing about and a milk run and dinner (noodles) it was Falkirk v Ayr on BBC Scotland; which was perfect fodder for an end of week chill / chat on the sofa.
