Busy Morning.....!!!!

So, now sitting with my well earned cup of coffee and Blip....
Mish, mash of things in this Blip...jug of pancake batter ready to go when my daughter surfaces...she was home late last night, exhausted, after a busy week in the UK...
And she has to return to Galway later this afternoon....so hopefully the ‘snow & ice’warning we have in place today, doesn’t happen.....so far no sign of it..!!!!! But we know what happened last Sunday!
There’s also half a Brioche...(which did not turn out as I would have liked)....still not sure what I am doing wrong.... but I will persevere...any hints on proving times etc...would be gratefully appreciated......??
A half a Soda Bread (which is the ultimate in cheats)....the mix comes in a plastic bag...to which you add milk and then as the pack instructs you ‘massage’ the mix...which we thought was hilarious but it works...tip the lot into the foil tray and there’s the bread...expensive and daft but it’s quite nice..!
The Black Bean & Veg rice mix to which I will add loads of chicken (that is roasting in the oven) is for my sons dinner and possibly next days lunch as he has a very busy day at school on a Monday.....!
Oh my goodness as I type there has been a big flurry of snow..but it didn’t land...!!!!
