When?

Needing to post a letter, I went out at luchtime to a post box. The first 2 that I came across both had the same last collection - 9AM.

I can understand in a rural area where the postman delivers the post to outlying houses and collects from the postboxes at the same time that t he last collection could be early. But that hardly describes Chiswick High Street!
