I think we both got a shock this morning when out walking, suddenly large snowflakes started falling. It was on the forecast but I didn't believe it would happen as its so often wrong. It didn't last for long though and soon melted. A few hours later the sun came out for a short while so took Misty back out for another walk to make up for the short walk in the snow. Did a bit of gardening in between hailstone showers and rescued lots and lots of ladybirds who had taken up residence in one of the green wheelie bins, they'd found a crevice underneath the lid. They are now safely tucked away out of the wind and rain. Would have been a different story if I hadn't spotted them as its collection day tomorrow.
