Happy Birthday Heidi!

So today was a very special day, because it was Heidi’s birthday! Me and mum got up and went to her room with a tray with a piece of cake with a candle in it, balloons and presents, singing Happy Birthday and the Swedish birthday song Ja må hon leva. I gave her two presents, fridge magnets with mine and Dolly’s picture on them and two small cuddly poodles, one white or apricot and one black.

We had to go early basic walkies because of skiing. The picture is from that walk. The humans had stupid chocolate cake while watching the women’s skiing from Holmenkollen. It was exciting and we got a third place which was good. Norway nearly always wins, it’s just the way it is.

You won’t believe what we did after that! Mum made waffles! A savoury one with salmon and caviar, and then sweet ones with jam and whipped cream. They were super tasty!

The sun was shining, so we went afternoon walkies to the second oak meadows where we haven’t been yet with Heidi. It was a glorious walk with many many rocks and logs to jump. No sounds came from the sheep barn. I wonder if they’re in there.

I wasn’t happy when mum and Heidi went to a concert in the cathedral. But I WAS happy when they got home and we made pizza! Real homemade pizza!

What a day! I have had my name spelled in waffles and pizza more times than I can count! The humans had a very happy day too! Yay!
