Confuddled....

....by life. I had a chat with a polite young women from our factoring agent this morning. I was phoning to query why we had a service change for lift maintenance on our factor account...........we live on the ground floor. "Simple", she said in a cheery tone, "If your roof needed repairing, all flats would need to pay, even though only the top floor directly benefits from having a roof"

"But, I live on the ground.......<Sigh>"
