Burns Memorial

This is the Burns Memorial that sits in Dalkeith High Street.

Robert Burns visited Dalkeith in 1787. The cast iron memorial was erected in 1889, to mark the centenary of his death.

The memorial recently underwent a renovation so it is back to its best.
