Mono Monday . . . Deliberate . . .

stretch caught by the camera.  Beverly my neighbour  keeps hens.  They are not consistent layers but I like looking at them.  It was a deliberate act on my part to stake them out and see what I could capture.  I think they were enjoying scratching in damper soil after two months of living in a dust bath.  
A change this morning with lower temperatures and a feeling autumn is on the way.
