Lennox Bridge

Rick and I were down at Lennox Bridge having a look today.  Old graffiti is carved in the rocks.  The earliest we could find so far was" P.M. 1853".  Who PM was I don't know, but his or her initials are still in the sandstone.  The bridge was built in 1832/1833 so it was put there only 20 years after the build. We are still looking for an earlier one, but those with a date are few and far between..  I will put an image of the bridge as an extra.
