Flying Free

My very good friend and former work mate and his wife, John & Stella, called about 6.30pm as I was cooking a meal for us all. They didn't leave until way after midnight so I suspect they enjoyed our hospitality.

I didn't get a chance to post my blip yesterday evening, but it's of birds flying past the sun lowering on the horizon approaching sunset. A technically difficult shot shooting into the sun, focusing and getting the composition. Not recommended for the sensor either, but it's an old camera and easily replaced cheaply if damaged!
