Just Gym

I am booked in for the U3A “Keep Fit” class on Friday mornings and today’s picture is of the “just Gym” sign outside the gym where I went for my assessment. It seems I need to practice doing “squats” otherwise I should be okay. I do not think I am very fit, hence the class, but if I cannot keep up, I will give up my place, they have a waiting list, and probably join the gym for more specific exercises to suit my fitness.
 
Other than that I did not do much except some reading and some television watching.
 
The temperature at noon was nine decrees Celsius and just as I was getting into my car to drive home it hailed, for about thirty seconds!
