The Local County Jail

I didn't go to my folks' today as I had my hospital appointment for this weird bump in my upper lip. I got there early, as I always like to do for any appointment. Previously I have been called no more than 10 - 15 minutes past my appointment time but today it was over an hour later. No matter - I got plenty of my book read!

Once in, I was told once again that it is most likely a calcified saliva duct. This time though he wanted to remove it. I asked why, if it was harmless and not causing me any issues in itself. He agreed to leave it and see me again in another 8 months!
