Edinburgh Quay

The done-up terminus of the Union Canal at Lochrin Basin.

Train to Edinburgh this morning and a walk from Haymarket to Bruntsfield to visit my friend who has recently had a knee replaced. She is doing very well and although it's painful she's diligently doing the exercises. She managed a stroll across the Links so that we could have lunch out. On my way back to Haymarket I stopped to take a blip of the reflections in the canal.

A much better day of weather though it is still chilly. The snow is now confined to the tops of the hills.
