Blue Sky

This morning was sunny, but cold, and I wanted to capture the lovely blue sky for today's Blip.  This is a view of Bolton town hall taken through The Arches opposite.  I particularly like the dappled shadows on the arch in the foreground, the ornate light fitting and its' lichen covered plinth.
