Halloween

Ah, my little frankenbaby! Cower with fear!

Today we braved the 140mile journey up the A470 to visit my brother and family. 140miles doesnt sound a lot but when you take into account that at Merthyr the dual carriageway stops and the country roads begin then it takes a good 3.5hours to get there!

Planning was the first step. We co-sleep which of course isn't possible on an air bed so the Moses basket needed to come. Then clothes for us all, bottles obviously weren't needed, pram was taken out of the boot and rest stops were taken into account!

With two short feeding/changing stops and one big "half way" stop for a cuppa and cuddles we made it in good time! My brother and clam met the baby when he was a few weeks old so I was excited for them to see how much he had changed - and shocked they were at the growing dude.

Naturally, it being Halloween we brought his costumes (skeleton was the other) and propped the baby up on a giant beanbag to take this terrifying photo. Run for your lives!! He wants brainzzzzzz
