A day of contrasts

A very chilly, dull start to the day but by the time we were leaving the sports' centre patches of blue sky were forcing their way through the grey.

Before my white amaryllis becomes so top heavy that it falls over I took it outside for a photoshoot .... anyone passing and watching me holding the flower heavenwords would have thought I was nuts and they wouldn't be wrong!

In the early afternoon everything changed ..... the wind started to rear its ugly head and it's raining heavily .... again :-((
