Rewilding the hills

went to hear a talk from the Borders Woodland Trust - fascinating. They own a lot of land in the Moffat Hills, and there was a lively discussion of the competition (and potential cooperation) between forestry, agriculture, and ecological restoration.

U3A meets in St Joseph’s RC Church Hall. I liked the humour.
