Poor pigeon, poor....

....hawk!  It'd bagged itself a prize that was too heavy to carry.  I wondered what was wrong as I turned the car after visiting a friend this morning.  Thought it was damaged but no!  It was on the road trying to get a lift off but just couldn't and wasn't going to give up it's grub either.

Nature is cruel but also funny at times!
