What is going on here ?

I made my first visit to town since Christmas, today .I had been looking a t Harvey Nichols windows (full of hundreds of fish models today ),when a tram stopped,so I prepared to take a photo of it.It was not until I looked at the photo did I see the post van and the man with his shopping wondering what would happen next. There was no damage to the tram or the van .I had chosen the wrong day to go out .The wind was frightful.
