Tuesday: Grow Your Own

Celery on the left, just the bottom inch from a shop bought potted up a few days ago and left in a very cold greenhouse.
Potatoes, just 2 tubers, planted a few weeks ago in an old paper potato sack - they’ll need a few months yet.
The wind and rain of last night wasn’t a storm, that’s arrived at tea time and is supposed to peak in the wee small hours ...
MrD had a busy day with his job whilst I did some knitting, finished transcribing memorial inscriptions and had a little wander around the garden and filling the bird feeders.
Batten down the hatches until the storm has blown itself out :-((
