EU deal, part two

The news has felt particularly intrusive today as MPs debated and then voted on the Prime Minister’s deal on leaving the EU. I have worked around politicians for 25 years and have never witnessed such a farce.

Back in my university days I had a professor who used to say “Sir Humphrey rules the world!” At least tonight he can make me laugh.
