Our first camping adventure

We drove two hours to get to The Oaks campground. Hubby spent about 45 minutes setting up the stabilizers, hooking up the water and checking that all was working properly. When he tried the TV we had the wrong connector so we made a quick trip to Beaufort to the Walmart! Yep!

When we got back I made a quick
supper of noodles and Brussel sprouts with some warmed up chicken strips. Easy!
Then we walked the paths around the two ponds where I took this phone photo. No WiFi here so phone photos for today and probably tomorrow.


The whole point of camping is to be away from electronics so I got that covered.
Looking at journals and commenting may have to be very limited!


My doggie is not so happy about this idea.
