Onion Redux

I just posted this, but it doesn't show up anywhere on Blip or in my statistics, so I'm trying again.

After I blipped this onion last week, I thought I'd put it in water to see what transpired.  Now it has grown taller and straighter, and has new appendages.  I think it's beautiful.  I tried to cast a stronger shadow, but this was the best I could do.

A neighbor down the hall has put something new on display in her doorway (Extra.)  It's nice to see it when I pass by.
