Vintage Fair

A trawl around Lou Lou’s Vintage Fair in Canterbury today with my friend Jules. Picked up a couple of cute wired red hair bands, 50s style red framed sunglasses and a pin up girl placemat with the words ‘Come Fly with Me’.

We saw some great ideas for crafty projects like sewing words onto hats like this picture, decoupaging drinks bottle labels onto coffee tables and bags made from interesting fabrics.

Winds are bad today and there were branches and fallen trees all over the roads. A relaxing evening at the cottage and an impromptu visit from my flying friend Dave.
